The website

Inventory, prices, and weekly payment examples can change and are subject to prior sale. A listed payment is not a quote. A credit application is not a promise of approval. Oakway Auto LLC sets the terms at the desk.

SMS program name

Oakway Auto LLC.

Oakway Auto LLC sends two kinds of text messages. They are separate. You choose each one on the Contact Us form or the credit application. You do not have to agree to either one to contact the lot or to buy a vehicle.

Marketing messages are inventory, offers, and promotions. Non-marketing messages are replies about an inquiry, an application, an appointment, or an account.

How to stop

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that texted you. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Rates and carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other carriers that deliver these messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Oakway Auto LLC will not share, sell, or provide customer personal information or messaging consent data to any third party.
